Myji Intimate Wash is a cosmetic personal care product for external use only.

It is not a medicine and it does not treat any medical condition. It does not treat infections, irritation, unusual discharge, or any gynaecological condition.

Nothing on this website is medical advice. If you have a persistent symptom, please see a doctor or gynaecologist.

2. Product information

We describe the product as accurately as we can. Composition and directions are taken from the product label.

The printed pack is always the authority. If anything on this website differs from the label, follow the label. Packaging and formulations may change over time.

Product images are for illustration. Packaging may differ slightly from what is shown.

3. Safe use

Myji Intimate Wash is for external use only. Do not use internally.

Discontinue use if irritation occurs, and contact a doctor if it persists. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a diagnosed skin or gynaecological condition, speak to your doctor before using any new intimate care product.

Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes.

4. Who may order

By placing an order you confirm that you are aged 18 or over.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown when you place your order.

We accept Cash on Delivery across Pakistan, along with the online payment methods shown at checkout.

6. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed once we accept it and dispatch it.

We may decline or cancel an order where the product is out of stock, there is a pricing error, we cannot verify your address or contact number, or we have reason to believe the order is not genuine.

If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

7. Delivery

Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Delivery timelines are estimates. Delays caused by couriers, weather or circumstances outside our control are not our responsibility, though we will always help trace a delayed parcel.

8. Returns and refunds

Returns are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Your account

If you create an account, keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity carried out through it.

Please give accurate contact and delivery details — most delivery problems come from incomplete addresses.

10. Acceptable use

You may use this website for browsing and placing genuine orders.

You may not use it to place fraudulent orders, interfere with the site or its security, copy our content for commercial use, or resell our products without our written agreement.

11. Our content

The text, images, product photography, logo and design on this website belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy or reproduce them commercially without our written permission.
