Delivery timeline
Please allow [2 to 3] working days for delivery.
This may take longer during Eid, national holidays, or unusual circumstances. If your order has not arrived within this window, message us and we will trace it.
Discreet packaging
This matters, so we will be specific about it.
Every order ships in plain outer packaging. There is no product name, no brand marking, and no indication of what is inside. The only thing printed on the outside is the shipping label with your name and address.
The courier does not know what they are delivering, and neither does anyone who happens to receive the parcel on your behalf.
If you would like the parcel delivered at a particular time, or left with a specific person, tell us when you order and we will pass it to the courier where possible.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan. Payment is collected by the courier at delivery.
Please keep the exact amount ready where possible — couriers do not always carry change.
Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details on the phone number you gave at checkout, usually by WhatsApp.
If you have not received them within 24 hours of ordering, message us.
Please check the parcel
Before the courier leaves, check that the outer packaging is intact and the bottle inside is sealed.
If anything looks wrong, do not accept it. Our refund and return policy covers what happens next.
Delays
Occasionally a delivery is delayed by courier backlogs, weather or road closures. We cannot control these, but we can trace your parcel and keep you updated. Just message us with your order number.
