If you have persistent irritation, discomfort, unusual discharge, or any symptom that is not settling, please see a doctor or gynaecologist. An intimate wash supports daily comfort — it is not a treatment, and using one should never delay getting something looked at properly.

Order enquiries

Please have your order number ready — it speeds things up considerably.

For a problem with a delivered order, please read our refund and return policy first, then get in touch within 48 hours of delivery.

Discretion

Every order ships in plain packaging with only the shipping label on the outside. If you would like a delivery note or a specific delivery time, tell us when you order and we will arrange it with the courier where possible.
